Submission Guidelines

Please submit full papers: maximum 6 pages including figures, tables, and references. Authors are requested to use the IEEE CS 8.5 X 11 Proceedings format (Template available for download here) for submission.

Papers should be submitted electronically (PDF or Postscript) via the following link. Submitted papers may not have appeared in or be under consideration for another workshop, conference or a journal, nor may they be under review or submitted to another forum during the review process. Each submission will be reviewed by at least three members of the International Program Committee.

The submission system is based on EasyChair. If you don't have an account in EasyChair, you need to create one before you can submit your paper. In case of any difficulty in submission, kindly send your paper (with complete author list, email addresses) as an email attachment to cdn2010@easychair.org
