Camera-Ready Paper Instructions
The workshop proceedings will be published as part of the ICCIT conference proceedings and will appear in IEEE XploreŽ Digital Library. The details for the proceedings are as follows:

The camera-ready paper and the signed copyright form are due on or before 15 October 2008. This is a firm deadline demanded by the timely production of the proceedings.
1. FINAL PAPER
Please submit the PDF file of your camera-ready paper using your EasyChair author account. Camera-ready paper submissions must be made electronically at :http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=idcs08
IMPORTANT: If you apply for a new EasyChair
account you must use the same email address that you used to submit
your paper (i.e., the email address at which you received the paper
acceptance mail).
After login, please upload the PDF version of your camera-ready
paper, by clicking on the "Paper #" tab (# is your assigned paper
ID) and selecting the option "Submit a New Version" from the
right-side menu. Camera-ready papers must be formatted following the IEEE 8.5" x 11" CS
format guidelines, downloadable from the following links:

2. COPYRIGHT FORM
The IEEE copyright form is available in
PDF
and DOC
format. Please send the signed and completed copyright form as soon as
possible to (Attn: IDCS 2008 - Mukaddim Pathan) Fax: +61 3
9348 1184 or email a scanned copy to
apathan@csse.unimelb.edu.au. Please use the
following format for email subject: "IDCS Paper_Number
Copyright_Form".
3. REGISTRATION
At least one author of each accepted paper must register by 10 November 2008. Please follow the registration guidelines available at: http://gridbus.org/cdn/idcs08/, under menu item "Registration".
Invitation Letters
In order to obtain an invitation letter, please follow the instructions below:
Register for the event, since the invitation letter will also confirm your registration.
Download the Invitation Letter Template and fill in or substitute the text in blue according to your information. Save it as a MS Word (compatible) Document under the name "Invitation Letter - your lastname.doc".
Send it to apathan@csse.unimelb.edu.au, with the email subject: "IDCS Paper_Number Invitation_Letter".
You will receive the letter, signed and stamped by email in pdf format from the Organising Chair(s).
