|Invitation Letter & Visa Application
In order to obtain an invitation letter please follow the instructions below:
- Send an email with subject line "Invitation Letter for UCC 2011 Conference: Paper_ID" to Rodrigo Calheiros: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the following information in the email: Paper ID, Paper Title, Presenting Author's name, Affiliation, E-mail Address.
- After receiving the required information, requesting author will receive the official invitation letter by email in pdf format.
Please visit the Department of Immigration and Citizenship for details about visa requirements and application procedure. We do advise to prepare documents and apply early as it may take significant time for visa issuance depending on individual circumstances.
Please be advised that the committee will NOT act as a guarantor nor issue any documents to guarantee your identity.
Under Australia's universal visa system, all visitors to Australia must
have a valid visa to travel to and enter Australia (other than New Zealand
and Norfolk Island passport holders, who will normally be issued a visa on
arrival in Australia unless there are character or health concerns).

The appropriate visa option will depend, amongst other things, on the
person's purpose for visiting Australia.
